Trinity Rodman has returned.

The star winger will be coming back to the United States Women’s National Team (USWNT) lineup for the first time since the 2024 Paris Olympics as coach Emma Hayes continues to experiment with her lineups.

The organization announced the roster on Tuesday. Outside of Rodman, the 24-person roster features a mix of young and experienced players. 19 of the 23 players named were also featured in the SheBelieves Cup. Avery Patterson, the 22-year-old fullback for the Houston Dash, will earn her first call-up. She scored 6 times in 7 games for the USWNT u20s. Center-back Alana Cook and forward Ashley Hatch will also be making their returns to the lineup.

The team has announced two friendlies against Brazil on April 5th and 8th, as they look to get back into the win column after suffering a defeat against Japan in the SheBelieves Cup finals one month ago. It was the first loss under Hayes, who has managed 18 games so far with the USWNT. Before then, she won 15 and drew 2.

Hayes released the following statement:

This roster has Olympians returning, less experienced players continuing to try to prove themselves, a few uncapped players and some players who have seen and done it all. The mix of players along with two games against a dynamic Brazil team who we last saw in the gold medal game means this event will be a lot of fun.

All of the players know they have to earn every roster spot, every starting spot and every minute they get as a finisher off the bench. Working with players who are striving for consistency in elite performance, so they can keep getting call-ups and keep excelling at this level, is an exciting process and one that continues with these two games.

The first match against Brazil, who is currently the 8th-ranked team in the world, will be held at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Three days later, they will play again in San Jose at PayPal Park.

Here is the roster in full:
