Though the Philadelphia Eagles are freshly minted as the current Super Bowl Champions, there’s always time to look ahead to the following year.

Futures betting lines have been released for the 2025-26 NFL season. In particular, the odds are out on the teams with the best chance to win next year’s Super Bowl.

Courtesy of Vegas Insider, let’s take a look at the teams with the five-best odds at winning the whole enchilada in 2026:

5. San Francisco 49ers (+1700)

San Francisco is a trendy pick for many logging futures bets a year before the next Super Bowl is played.

The team still has plenty of talent. It will also benefit from playing the last-place schedule in 2025-26, in addition to holding its draft picks and possessing plenty of cap space. There’s no doubt SF will retool and be right in the thick of things next season.

4. Washington Commanders (+1500)

Jayden Daniels is one of the best quarterbacks in the league. Some believe he already has vaulted himself towards the top of the QB pecking order behind Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Patrick Mahomes.

With elite young talent and tons of cap space, Washington isn’t going away anytime soon. If the Commanders can add a WR1 — say…Tee Higgins — the offense will be one of the best in the league. With HC Dan Quinn’s defensive background, that side of the ball surely will be enhanced as well.

3. Detroit Lions, Buffalo Bills (+800)

Arguably the two hard-luck losers from this year’s playoffs sit with the third-best odds respectively.

Detroit needs to get healthy. Once its team recovers from an inordinate amount of injuries, it should still be one of the better teams in the NFC. Buffalo has to tweak some things personnel-wise on both sides of the ball. Having said that, as long as MVP Josh Allen is upright, he gives Buffalo a chance to win at the highest level.

2. Baltimore Ravens (+700)

Baltimore and its prolific offense sit with the second-best odds. The Ravens have to be kicking themselves after seeing Kansas City being utterly demolished in the Super Bowl.

The team will have to address Ronnie Stanley and his potential departure. A reality where Derrick Henry is as potent next year as he was this season remains somewhat unlikely. Much like Buffalo and Allen, with a healthy Lamar Jackson, anything is possible. Look for the Ravens to get younger in spots and work on the fringes in upgrading its roster.

1. Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles (+600)

This one isn’t a shocker.

Philadelphia has a loaded roster. It will be curious to see how they contend with re-signing the likes of Mekhi Becton, Josh Sweat, Brandon Graham, Milton Williams, and Zack Baun.

We saw some major deficiencies with Kansas City. The offensive line clearly needs work — though the team has to overhaul practically its entire stable of skill talent on offense to better help Patrick Mahomes.
